Orders are shipped daily by mail. All listening programs are sent by express post. Please allow 3 to 5 working days in Australia and the US.
For international orders see delivery options offered in shopping cart. Allow 1 to 6 weeks depending on your country's security requirements and the level of delivery speed you select.
We guarantee the quality of our products and will promptly replace any product that has a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase. Furthermore, if at any time our tapes are damaged through customer use we will replace them for a replacement fee only of $24.95 per tape.
Please call us first to discuss the problem. As our music has an unusual sound, it is essential to clarify that you have not mistaken the Sound Therapy filtering for a fault, and that you are using the equipment correctly. We will then give you an RA (return authorization) number. Then simply return the damaged tapes to us with a note explaining the problem and your contact details and replacement fee, if applicable. We will send your new product out immediately on receipt of the damaged item.
